You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 2031 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or phone call.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 2031 support team immediately and change your password. All activity carried out through your account will be considered your own actions until you report the unauthorised access.
